Superb Destination Wedding Service (La Romana, DR - May 2024)
The Savages -- Susan helped us from beginning to end with our destination wedding. She researched different hotels/wedding venues that would be great for the wedding we were looking for in the country we chose. She walked us through every step of the destination wedding process with getting the wedding booked with the resort, resort bookings and travel set for us and all 55 of our wedding guests and helping to initiate conversations with the wedding staff at the resort and get everything setup for our big day. She cared about our Wedding, and it showed through the awesome customer service she provided to us and our wedding guests. Some of our guests had a number of last-minute changes, and Susan handled them with grace and understanding and was always able to find a solution for them. I would highly recommend Susan for any travel related event or vacation that you want to plan for either yourself or a group. My husband and I will be calling Susan for all of our future travel needs.
The Smiths - Susan did a fantastic job at arranging, organizing, communicating the wedding trip I attended. I usually have travel anxiety but Susan did such a good job at communicating with us before, right before, during and after the trip, I had no anxiety. S.F. - I always use Vacation Hot Spots because of the professionalism and the consideration of your time. All I had to do was ask Mrs. Susan one question and she took it from there, I like that she put a lot into my concerns. On this trip we had no problems a lot of fun, excursions planned transportation on time people there waiting as we exited the plane.
